Service Description

For clients looking to establish sustainable farms, orchards or eco-stays. This is a four hour Site Visit to your plot (anywhere reachable in India). Visits include a full tour of your plot, an intensive backgrounder in permaculture (sustainable green design) and a review of your site, orientation, topography, water & light & wind availability, soil condition, site structures, farming resources/constraints and current practices. The Site Visit ends with clear and detailed permaculture based recommendations in organic farming, water harvesting, composting, livestock management (if any) and energy use. Clients may also opt for a Site Report, a Master Plan and/or a Site Map as follows: * Site Report: Documentation of resources/constraints including water, energy, soil, plant/seed availability, livestock, climate, topography, labor, finance & client engagement * Master Plan which includes: a. Land Use Strategy - Objective & Strategy for Land Use (agri, livestock rearing, agri processing, residential, commercial, experience stays). b. Agri Design - Plant Selection & Siting, Care of Plants & Trees (Orchards/Veggie Gardens/Herb Gardens/Food Forests/Ornamentals). c. Integrated Farm Design – Water Management, Waste Management, Soil Amendments & Soil Regeneration, Smart Building Design, Energy Harvesting & Livestock. d. Timeline - Recommended Month/Year wise Execution of Master Plan based on Budget and Project Span as specified by the client. * Site Map: 2 D Autocad Master Plan for chosen functions and operations of the farm identifying locations for residential, agricultural, livestock, farm produce processing/storage & recycling functions at macro level (not inclusive of individual trees/micro water catchment bunds etc). ************************************************************************************************************ Our rates vary based on project complexity, need for additional consultants and distance from Mumbai. Rates commence at Rs 15,000/- plus GST (for Mumbai metropolitan Site Visits).
